Legalitic Law Firm was established in 2006 by the Adv. Artion Beqiraj, offering legal services in civil, commercial, amministrative areas of law. Legalitic Law Firm represents cases before the  Courts of First Instance, the Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Albania. The Firm is also specialized in legal consulting and preparation of contracts and legal acts.

Over the years of our dedicated work the Firm has been successful in many lawsuits before the courts of all three levels of the judiciary. In addition to experience in court proceedings, the Firm is also specialized in non judicial settlement of disputes such as mediation.

One of our great ecsperience was collaborating with IFC part of World Bank Group as legal adviser for a project well implemented in Albania on commercial admnistrative procedures.

 

Adv. Artion Beqiraj was graduated in law at Law Faculty, University of Tirana. He has a Msc in Business Law. He has ongoing experience in law in the Legalitic Law Firm office. He has also performed some administrative duties in the profile of Legal Director.

Phd. Pranvera Beqiraj was graduated in law at the Faculty of Law “Luarasi” in Tirana. She has a master’s degree in “Public Law” and Phd in European Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. She is a full time lector in law since 2008 at Aleksander Moisiu Durres University.
